2. General information and legal bases
Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable person. We process personal data only where necessary to provide the website, respond to enquiries, take pre-contractual measures or comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the processing activity, the legal bases include Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual and pre-contractual matters, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the secure operation of the website and the handling of general enquiries.
3. Hosting by STRATO and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed. This may include an IP address or anonymised IP address/hostname, date and time, requested file, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system.
The processing is required to provide the website, maintain system security, analyse errors and detect or prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. STRATO makes access log files for the previous six weeks available and anonymises hostnames or IP addresses in those files.
Where STRATO processes personal data on behalf of the controller, this is based on an agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
4. Encrypted transmission
The website is provided through an SSL/TLS-encrypted connection, protecting data transferred between the browser and web server against unauthorised access.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, particularly your email address, name, message content and time of contact, in order to handle and answer your enquiry.
For contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in orderly communication and responding to enquiries.
When emails are sent and received, the email providers involved may also process technical connection data and message content. Messages are deleted once the enquiry has been completed, unless legal retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require continued storage.
No contact form is active on the currently published website. This privacy policy will be updated before any contact form is activated in the future.
6. Technical and editorial administration
The website is technically and editorially administered on behalf of the controller by Maximilian Puchelt, Gröbenzell, Germany. Access to technical data or incoming enquiries occurs only where necessary for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting or editorial administration.
7. Cookies, analytics and marketing
This static website currently sets no first-party cookies and uses no analytics, marketing or profiling services. In particular, Google Analytics is not integrated. No external web fonts or embedded social-media feeds are loaded.
If consent-based analytics or marketing technologies are introduced in the future, they will only be activated after valid consent has been obtained and this policy has been updated.
8. External links
The website may contain ordinary links to external providers, such as Google Maps, social networks or a ticket provider. Merely viewing our website does not transfer data through these links. Data processing by the external provider begins only after you click a link and leave our website.
9. Recipients of data
Personal data is available only to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described. These may include STRATO, the email providers involved, the person commissioned to administer the website and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
10. Storage period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. It is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations, legitimate interests or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require continued storage.
11. Data subject rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access under Article 15 GDPR, rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17, restriction under Article 18, data portability under Article 20 and objection under Article 21. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
12. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, your workplace or the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for the controller is in particular:
